The Iditarod is a 1,100 mile sled hound race beginning in Anchorage, Alaska and completion in Nome, Alaska. The Iditarod is exceptionally cruel and risky with practically horrendous conditions. No one knew whether any of them would complete the race yet the 1100 mile trek over the ice and the mountains in 20 days anyway the last spot finisher crossed the end goal in the slowest time ever of more than 32 days. In 1976 Jerry Riley won the race and eased the most minimal tote ever of $7,200. It wound up costing him as a lot to run in the race as he mitigated when he won it. Jerry Riley later got restricted from sled hound dashing when he hit one of his canines with a snow snare. I believe it is B. The purpose establishment of the League of Nations was to resolve international conflicts without war. 
Choice A doesn't really make sense because neutral nations don't join war alliances; they remain neutral. Choice C and D actually would lead to more wars because Germany was bitter about being forced to accept the defeat. They further had to pay for the reparations, which wouldn't make anyone happy.
