ANSWER
3x+4y=10 …………..(1)
2x−2y=2 (or) x−y=1 …………(2)
(1) ⇒(3x+4y=10)1
(2) ⇒(x−y=1)3
_____________________
3x+4y=10
3x−3y=3
_____________________
7y=7
∴y=1
Put y=1 in (1) we get 3x+4×1=10
3x=10−4=6
∴x=36=2
Hence x=2,y=1.
Coordinates for new triangle -
P’(-1,1)
Q’(-3,3)
R’(-3,1)
We have that
If (5x-4+13x=5) --------------> then x=1/2
Step 1
let's substitute the value of x = (1/2) in the expression [5x-4+13x] and verify its result
5*(1/2)-4+13*(1/2)
(5/2)-4+(13/2)
(5-4*2+13)/2----------> (5-8+13)/2=10/2=5
then
5=5-----------> the value of x = (1/2) satisfies equality
The explicit rule for given sequence is:

Further explanation:
We have to determine first of all if the sequence is arithmetic or geometric.
- If the difference of two consecutive terms is same then the sequence is arithmetic sequence
- If the ratio of two consecutive terms is same then the sequence is geometric sequence
Given sequence is:
12,22,32,42

The common difference is 10 which is same for all consecutive terms. So the sequence is an arithmetic sequence.
The general formula for arithmetic sequence is:

Putting the values of a1 and d
