To find the answer to your question, we need to know the formula for a circle. The formula is,
Area= Pi(3.14) x Radius^2.

Let's work in reverse and plug the numbers into the formula.

96 = Pi x r^2. Divide 96 by Pi. 5.53. Since a radius is half of diameter, we multiply 5.53 by itself (5.53 x 5.53= 30.58). Now, it says 1.5 x diameter of circle #1. So, 1.5 x 30.58 = 45.87.
We found the diameter of the circle #2. Back to the same formula... Area = Pi x r^2. To convert diameter to radius we find half of it. Half of 45.87 is 22.94. We are not done yet. (phew!) Now we have to find the area. 22.94^2 x Pi = <span>1653.24.

Lena [83]
Remember you can do anything to an eqution as long as you do it to both sides

easy

first one
flat rate+variable rate=amount paid
flat rate=35
variable=15 times hours, so if h=hours then
and amount paied is 95
35+15h=95 is da equation
if we solve
mins 35 both sides and divide both sides by 15
h=4

2nd one
add 5 to both sides and times 4 both sides
c/4=9
c=36

3rd photo
add 6 to both sides
y+6-6≥12+6
y+0≥18
