Answer: I believe it's parrot fish

Explanation:I think it's because they aren't bigger than the barracuda i've never heard of them eating algae and Cleaner Wrasse just help the barracuda by cleaning their teeth and mouth area

If there are to many of the species, the environment may not be able to care for all animals, due to the fact that there will not be enough resources for all of the animals.
