I would particularly worry, the cracks you feel are probably groves from a crack but have most likely healed. If you were dead right know then you'd know you'd have been in serious trouble. I'd still recommend seeing and informing your PCP.
How did sally build rapport with the patient.
We need to start having checkups like we have physicals, they need to be mandatory, both are equally as important. We also need to realize people who are diagnosed and or medicated are NOT crazy people. Mental health plays a big role in unemployment; for example someone with depression may find it hard to get out of bed let alone look presentable for work. People who abuse substances most likely do not know how to cope with their mental illnesses, so they become addicts of some sort of substance. Violence is unfortunately another big contributor. My friend Maddie suffers from severe anxiety. It is not the cute shy and shaky anxiety, Maddie because very irritable and scared. So much so that the simplest of things will make her body pump out adrenaline, causing her to go into fight or flight, why would Maddie need to fight anyone while she is, for example talking in front of class? Maddie because super skiddish because her body is never relaxed so if someone comes up to her quickly and suddenly her body will instantly react and fight, hit the person or she will jump back and away from that area.
Cardiovascular fitness is the ability of the heart, lungs and circulatory system to supply oxygen and nutrients to working muscles efficiently, and allows activities that involve large muscle groups (walking, running, swimming, biking, etc.) to be performed over long periods of time.
I hope this helps
A death in the family can cause people to get depressed and turn to habits they don’t generally abuse such as drinking to much this in turn can make it so people get addicted to things like alcohol
