Answer: Yes, according to the theory of nullification, states can determine that a federal law is invalid.

The correct answer is True.

Explanation:

The nullification is "legal theory." Many people believe that this gives any state to invalidate a federal law that they believe is unconstitutional. This is only for the federal government's constitution, and not each state's own constitution. This theory has never been legally recognized or upheld in the United States, as of 2019.

This theory was/is based on an agreement that was signed during the Civil War. This was a theory based from the Union ran states and never put into place, this was called the Compact theory. This theory/agreement was so that the states could throw out any laws they didn't believe in and they wanted the individual states to be in complete control.

In Article III of the U.S Constitution, it is stated that the federal government judiciary branch has all final say in the matters of the Constitution and how it is read. This makes it so that the federal government does have power over the states and federal courts will decide on the laws.

How do evil practices hinder in the smooth development of a society describe with examples.
Alexandra [31]

Answer: Growth becomes pale and development far from the environment

Explanation:

For there to be any form of development in a society or residents, there has to be an allowable form of freedom from some evil practices. An example is security. No business can thrive in an environment that is not secure, this would make investors take their money elsewhere to a safer location, than build their business there and burglars come to attack it or prevent it's client from operating freely in the location the business was planted. Another example is unfair consideration of cost of items which are sold, especially of the cost of the product or service is way more over the quality of the product or service, this would hinder growth of the society, as individuals residing won't enjoy the extortion they are being made to pay from.

Michael, an accountant, often wonders why people are surprised when they find out that he is also a skydiving instructor on the
Leviafan [203]

Answer:An implicit personality theory

Explanation:

An implicit personality theory is based on how we associate certain people with certain personalities or characteristics. For example what cahracter do you associate with political leader ? A thin slender person ? All those associated characters we make towards certain people are based on this theory. We infer certain characteristics based on our perception.

For example we may see someone who is very bold and outspoken and associate them with intelligence and infer that they are intelligent.

We see someone who who smiles a lot and infer that they are friendly individual.

We also do the same thing with occupations we see someone who goes to the gym everyday we may tend to assume they are into sport and may be surprised if we find that if they are not at the gym they sit around and of nothing.

Michael as an accountant is likely to be associated with maths and numbers and always at the office formal guy so skydiving seems to be too wild for that kind of person.
