Answer:Front-end strategies

Explanation:

Solutions to Prison Overcrowding

Prisons are too overcrowded and three solutions have been proposed which is adminstrative response , front-end-strategies and back-end-strategies.

Adminstrative responses refers to building more prisons but this is an expensive approach.

Front-end-strategies is a process of reducing the number of new people entering into the prison system .

The best front end strategy is preventing crime from happening from the start as the saying goes prevention is better that cure.

Front-end-strategy also encourages considering other form of punishment apart from incarceration. A person may do community service as an alternative sentence especially people who have committed petty crimes ,this is called creating diversion programs.

Back-end strategies this means a person get released before the end of their sentence based on their good behaviour or change that has been observed.

Good wireless and better wireless merge to form best wireless. the federal government watches this merger carefully for evidence of a monopoly.

In 1982, AT&T, the world's largest phone company, was compelled to split into a number of smaller phone companies, providing one of the clearest examples of the dissolution of a monopolistic power. The division of the company into about seven regional bell operating businesses comprised Ameritech, Bell Atlantic, BellSouth, NYNEX, Pacific Telesis, Southwestern Bell, and U.S. West.

These RBOCs ultimately started merging, although it took more than a decade. Beginning in 1996, mergers first began to occur. Eventually, Southwestern Bell, which had changed its name to SBC, bought Pacific Telesis and Ameritech in 1997 and 1999, respectively. In 2005, SBC also acquired the remainder of AT&T. Verizon later took the name Bell Atlantic after GTE purchased it in 2000. Currently, AT&T and Verizon dominate both the expanding mobile phone industry and the shrinking fixed-line business, which together make up the majority of the phone market.

In an effort to equal Verizon, the market leader at the time, AT&T made (and then abandoned) a proposal to acquire T-Mobile in 2011. Verizon was AT&T's main competitor. Since the initial AT&T's division, the dynamics of the industry have significantly evolved. The number of players in the U.S. phone market is decreasing, despite the fact that it still doesn't consist of just one company.

monitta

Answer:

the online medium is too narrow to allow for relationship development.

Explanation:

The Social Information Processing theory is a model that was developed to explain the nature of social interactions between people on the internet. According to this theory, people are motivated to develop interpersonal relationships regardless of medium and will develop strategies to overcome the apparent lack of nonverbal cues commonly found in Internet-based communication. This theory states that:

 • Online interpersonal relationship require extended time to develop equivalent levels of intimacy with face-to-face relationships.
 • Online communicators are motivated to form impressions of themselves to others.
 • Computer-mediated communication provides unique opportunities to connect with people.
