I am not sure if I am understanding this correctly but I will answer it in the way I understood it and if it’s not what you meant I’m so sorry.
I don’t think that there is anything wrong with people changing their point of views on things especially as they become more educated on the subject or just change their mind overtime. There is a big issue tho with how people react to others changing their point of view. I think this anger comes from peoples need to have what people say to us be set in stone and if it changes our brains can’t comprehend that. I think it subconsciously makes people think well they said this and changed their mind so they will either lie to me again or just stop talking to me.
This can be seen in a simpler example of a friend leaving one group for another. This can make their persons new friend group really guarded against the person because they already expect them to leave.
Once again if this was not what you meant I apologize

The appropriate response is The Panhandle. Railways progressing from Kansas City through the Panhandle brought Midwestern agriculturists into this area, and wheat generation was created to a great extent by transients from Kansas. Since the business and social concentration of the locale was Kansas City, the early Panhandle was fundamentally Midwestern in both character and foundations. The advanced Texas Panhandle imparts couple of social ascribes to the American Midwest. Its religious, social, and social establishments work with minimal perceptible contrast from those of northern West Texas. Feedlots for domesticated animals and domesticated animals generation were built up in view of closeness to the district's grain creation yet are major financial ventures in their own right. Successful preservation of the Ogallala Aquifer is basic to the financial fate of both northern West Texas and the Panhandle.
