            60 = members of team B

        Let x = percent of members transferred

0.01x × 60 = 0.6x = no of members transferred

 60 - 0.6x = 42 + 0.6x

           60 = 42 + 1.2x

            18 = 1.2x

              x = 15

15 % of the members on Team B must be transferred to Team A.

Check:

60 - 0.6 × 15 = 42 + 0.6 × 15

            60 - 9 = 42 + 9

                  51 = 51
