A lawsuit/litigation is known as the proceeding by an individual or a party against another individual/party in the court of law. Litigation is also referred to as the process that is undertaken in order to resolve disputes and conflicts by filing a complaint via the court system. Litigation is mostly governed by several rules which lie under the federal government.
