Explanation:

Tissue is known as group of cells who has similar type of structure and it acts together for performing the specific function. Muscles, nervous, epithelial and connective are four types of tissue which is present in animal cell.

Epidermal, ground and vascular are plant tissue. Group of tissue is responsible for making up organs in the body for example heart and brain. Connective tissue helps to connect or separate the tissue.
