It is because of the brain perceive unlike because we have different experiences, the brain perceives of the feeling, history and what our past. The brain organizes the information and translates it into something.  And it is also because of sensation sensory organs absorb energy from a physical stimulus in the environment and perception the brain organizes the information and translates it into something meaningful.
