Well it is always said that men get paid more than women because women can't do a man's job.that though, is completely untrue , as a female I believe that I am able to accomplish anything , even doing a mans job. Women should be able to get paid the same amount, I mean we enter the same fields of work that men do and sometimes exceed people's expectations. Therefore, as women I believe we should rise up and work twice as hard as men in order to get equal opportunity. This has MAJORLY impacted my working practice in many ways. For one women aren't really treated the same in our work place , we are all never really given the same position as a man would get. We are taken for granted because of our gender. Men think we aren't capable of doing things that they do. For example, in jobs like construction, ...... sorry that's all I got friend☹️

Mkey [24]

In contract law, undue influence differs from duress in that duress includes improper threat which is missing in undue influence. Duress is the use of any kind of threat, force or psychological pressure in order to dominate someone and make him take decisions against his will. The two principal categories of duress are physical and economic duress.

Physical duress is when one party uses a threat of bodily harm or death to make another party agree to a certain contract. Physical duress can be inflicted on individuals as well as goods. Economic duress is when any type of economic pressure is used by a party to force the other party to enter into an illegal contract which they would not have agreed to otherwise.
