It actually depends on the state. You can't drop out in elementary school in some states. Some states,you are allowed to drop out in middle school, but it all depends on your state and school district.
The skill used at the beginning of a race is reaction time because you want to start running the moment the race starts so you have to be ready and have good reaction time.
