Answer:

1. Progression; 2. True; 3. Reward yoursef (but also could be cool down)

Explanation:

Functional exercises are those that use body weight and the help of a few gymnastics materials to train the body in aspects such as muscle strengthening, motor coordination, concentration and, of course, fitness.  As they are developed and adapted according to the practitioner's profile, functional training is able to gradually improve their fitness, improving their response to more intense exercises. This is a progress of your work out, because your doing it gradually, without being overload.

The regular and progressive increase in workload will enable the desired improvement in performance. This reaction is initially very rapid, slowing down as the individual reaches higher and higher levels of performance.

The process of workout needs to be well dosed, as an insufficient recovery period will inevitably lead to a state of overtraining and consequently to exhaustion. Already, very long periods of breaks between classes (training) cause the appearance of a decrease of restoration, leaving no conditions for an increase of possibilities to the student in relation to the workload increase.

After reached a goal its always good to reward yourself, because this practice could encourage of achievement of new goals in the future.
