L = 3w

P = 24 cm

P = 2(l+w)

24 = 2(l+w)

24 = 2(3w+w)

24 = 2*4w

24 = 8w

w = 3

l = 3w

l = 3*3

l = 9

P = 2(l+w)

24 = 2(9+3)

24 = 2(12)

24 = 24

hope helped

Find the area. Do you multiply all sides?
arlik [135]

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

I think you are to assume that this is a trapezoid and that the top right angle symbol is missing.

Area = (b1 + b2 ) *  h /2

Givens

b1 = 2

b2 = 6.2

h = 3

Solution

Area = (2 + 6.2)* 3 / 2           Combine what is inside the brackets

Area = 8.2 * 3 / 2                  Divide by 2

Area = 4.1 * 3                         Combine

Answer: Area = 12.3
