Imagine that you get to sleep in tomorrow (yay!) and you want to sleep in until 10:00am. At 8:00am, you wake and have to use the

bathroom. You ignore it for a little bit and go back to bed. Finally, at 9:30am you can't hold it anymore and hop out of bed, even though you still want to sleep. This BEST represents which key property of motivation?

motivation is like taking a shower. After a morning shower our body becomes clean and fresh, but after a day of activities our body becomes dirty and we have to take another shower.

Further explanation

Motivation can be one of the keys for someone to successfully run a business.

Similarly, motivation, when we experience failure we must re-motivate ourselves. So that we can rise again from adversity and are ready to try again.

Because bathing is the body's (self) needs, we will try to fulfill it. Meeting the needs is something that is always fought for. Whatever the form needs, humans will continue to strive to meet them.

Likewise, our need for motivation. Must be fulfilled. So that we can be enthusiastic to meet the needs of these motivations, a perspective that believes that humans need frequent, consistent and persistent motivation.

Because as humans, the condition of our hearts is greatly affected by events, events, and conditions. So the level of motivation also has a lot to do with the mood. This is generally accepted. Happened to anyone. Thus, in order for high-level motivation to stay awake amid the 'onslaught' of the circumstances, then we need to 'bathe' motivation. If you don't immediately 'take a bath' in 'motivation', then your heart, feelings, and motivation will feel uncomfortable, itchy and not fresh. This need does not only apply to the general public. Even a motivator must always try to do activities to meet the needs of the motivation.

What steps can an individual take to maintain a healthy body weight? Select three options.
lianna [129]

Answer:

Maintaining a healthy body weight is not too hard and neither it is too easy.

It is very important to maintain a healthy diet that consists of balanced proportions of vegetable, fruits and protein.

In addition, it is essential to exercise every single day for a set amount of time to stay active and healthy. otherwise the body will get used to no work and the food will add to gaining weight instead of balancing it with exercise.

PLEASE HELP DUE IN 3 HOURS Think of a sport not usually considered to be dependent on muscular strength and endurance, like golf
WINSTONCH [101]

Answer:

In comparison to other sports, tennis is often deemed a sport that is not dependent on muscular strength/endurance. Nonetheless, an athlete's performance in tennis could be improved by increasing both muscular strength and endurance. Tennis relies on the players ability to get from one side of the court to another, ready to hit the ball with strength and intent to their opponent's side of the court. With low endurance, tennis is near to impossible to play as you have to run back and forth nearly the whole time.
