What Penny did to Jose was assault. It is because assault is completely different from battery wherein, assault is a threat or physical act by which it is an attempt to cause a person to fear of imminent body harm whereas battery is the intentional way of touching a person to harm the individual. It could be seen in the scenario that penny is only assaulting Jose as she didn’t even harm him in an intentional way but rather she tries to attempt to frighten him by pointing the gun to his head.

The correct answer is assault.

Assault may occur when one individual places another in dread or anxiety of quick damage. A person might be in dread of physical mischief yet might be too brave to be in any way perplexed. An assault happens if dread exists, paying little heed to fear. In the given situation, Penny aims a gun towards Jose that may result to harm and fear.

The 8th Amendment because according to the 8th Amendment it is cruel and unusual punishment.
For example say you stole a candy bar and the store calls the cops on you and the judge and the jury find you guilty, they cant exactly sentence you to 10 years of jail for only stealing a candy bar , the punishment must fit the crime.

DedPeter [7]

A mixed method, according to J.Creswell (2009) combines quantitative with qualitative research. It is more than just collecting and analyzing both data, implies that the overall strength of the study is more significant than each type by itself. The described method correspond to a sequential mix method.

The researcher begins with a quantitative model (a survey) gathering information through it, and therefore uses a focus group (which is a form to apply phenomenological research).  This strategy permits the researcher to put aside his own experiences or conclusions obtained through the analysis of the information retrieved from the survey and intents to understand the participant's point of view and experiences of the participants of the group under study (Creswell, 2009: p. 3-18)

Alexxx [7]

Megaloblastic anemia caused by folic acid or vitamin B₁₂ deficiencies can seriously affect red blood cell production and disrupt the synthesis of DNA.

Megaloblastic anemia refers to the abnormally large size of red blood cells. This is associated with deficiency of Vitamin B₁₂ or Vitamin B₉. The large red blood cells are unable to perform their function of transport of oxygen. This results in anemia. Additionally, there is lack of normal red blood cell.

The anemia results in symptoms issues with balance and memory loss. Vitamin B₁₂ and Vitamin B₉ stabilize the structure of chromosomes and assist in production of precursors required in DNA synthesis. Issues in DNA synthesis are visible in the form of chromosomal damage and strand breaks, further resulting in improper protein formation leading to disorders and lethal conditions, to name the few.
