"C"

Major providers such as MD, PA, FNP-C (Though they are Nurse Practioners, they have more training) and Specialists; are capable of diagnosing illness and injury. It is in their scope of practice. Nurse, MA, EMTs, and Paramedics, though being healthcare providers, are not trained enough and their job's scope of practice does not cover diagnosing patients.
