The answer is B. The stolon are hyphae that run horizontally and join one sporangiophore (vertically oriented hyphae with sporangia at tips) –with rhizoids as the ‘roots’ - with the other sporangiophore in the fungi population. They are analogous to rhizoids in eukaryotic runner plants. The attached diagram visually demonstrates this description.

Which characteristics are common to all angiosperms? Check all that apply. Fruits spores flowers nonvascular tissue roots stems.
timofeeve [1]

Angiosperms are commonly referred to as flowering plants, which have the highest division in Kingdom Plantae.

What are the characteristics of the Angiosperms?

 • Angiosperms are flowering plants, which are characterized by the production of colorful flowers and fruits.

 • Angiosperms undergo syngenesis, in which the ovary is converted to fruit and the ovule is converted into the seeds.

 • Angiosperms are highly developed and vascular plants, which consist of xylem, phloem, and other specialized tissues.

 • The angiosperms have developed root and stem systems. Stem provides adherence and support, while roots help in the absorption of nutrients from the soil.

Thus, angiosperms have the highest rank of division in the kingdom Plantae and bear several characteristic features like flowers, fruits, and roots.

Explanation:

Incomplete dominance is an intermediate effect of the dominance where the allele for a trait does not express its complete effect of a paired allele as a result both the alleles show their equal effect on the trait.

The generations are produced having a third trait as observed in the case of snapdragon flowers. In the case of flowers

The monohybrid cross will have parents with genotypes:

1. Red flower- RR

2. white flower-rr

The F₁ generation will have offsprings with genotype-

RR X rr = Rr (Pink flower)

The F₂ generation will have offsprings with-

Rr x Rr= RR, Rr and rr.

Describe how the SARS-CoV-2 virus affects your cells.
gogolik [260]

Answer:

SARS- CoV- 2 is a virus that infects human by the oral-respiratory way in which the virus enters the body and these viruses have spikes on their surface made of spike proteins that allow these viruses to bind with the infected cell.

The infected cells have ACE2 receptor that is protein present on the surface of the human cells. Binding allows the structural change in the virus to fuse and enter in the cell where viruses reproduce them selves with the cell with cell system.
