Parties may stipulate the damages to be recovered in case of nonperformance, defective performance, or delay in performance of a
Nana76 [90]

Answer:

Liquidated Damages.

Explanation:

The <em>scope of a liquidated damage is determined by parties during the process of developing contract that they intended to enter into</em>. Such damages do not have a objective scope and depend on multiple factors.

<u>For example</u>, the first party of the contract promises to provide a venue for an art fair to the second party of the contract, which would hold such a fair for the first time. If the first party fails to provide the venue on time, the second party is not going to be able to make a profit from holding the art fair. Meanwhile, it is impossible to determine the amount of profit that the second party lost due to the beach of the contract by the first party. That is why scope of such damages has to be agreed upon in advance.

Michelle, Brenda, and Julie are all friends. However, Brenda and Julie are not as close to each other as they are to Michelle. D
timofeeve [1]

Answer:

<em>Since there are no options, I'll answer the question according to my understanding.</em>

The concept of triadic closure suggests that if a strong tie would exist between Michelle and Brenda, as well as Michelle and J.ulie, then a strong tie would also exist between Brenda and J.ulie.

Explanation:

The "triadic closure" is a theory that was proposed by <em>Georg Simmel </em>regarding <em>"social networking.</em>" This shows the relationships among people and how their relationships evolve over time.

In the situation above, Michelle brings Brenda and J.ulie together which means Michelle is acting as the local bridge. So, this is the reason why Brenda and J.ulie stay friends. This concept is true, provided that both Brenda and J.ulie desire to be friends with each other. If not, then they are not satisfying the triadic closure property.
