Answer:

800 units

Explanation:

The net income earned is the difference between the total sales and the total cost. The total cost is the sum of the fixed and variable cost. The sales and variable cost are dependent on the level of activities or number of units produced and sold.

The difference between the sales and variable cost gives the contribution margin.

In light of the above,

let the number of units to be sold to achieve targeted income be x

Total sales = $23x

Total variable cost = 10x

2,500 = 23x - 10x - 7,900

13x = 7900 + 2500

13x = 10,400

x = 800 units

Phoenix [80]

Answer:

The correct answer is option b.

Explanation:

GDP is a measure of economic growth that shows the level of final goods and services produced in an economy in a year. It includes only final goods and services, intermediate goods are not included.

So here the value of flour used to make bread will not be included as it is an intermediate good. But the value of bread will be included. The value of the second bag of the floor will be included as it is a final good sold to the consumer.

Increase in GDP

= $3 + $2

= $5

NeX [460]

Answer:

22.13%

Explanation:

The effective annual rate formula below can be used to determine the actual rate charged by the bank as follows:

Effective annual rate=(1+APR/n)^n-1

APR=20%

n=number of times interest is computed yearly=365

Effective annual rate=(1+20%/365)^365-1

Effective annual rate=1.221335858 -1

Effective annual rate=22.13%

The actual rate of interest on bank loan is 22.13%
