Answer with explanation:

→→→If you will look at the graph of the function ,which is number of albums produced which is on x axis, and number of album sold which is on y axis,as value of x increases , the value of y increases.

→→To prove this , we will use the concept of increasing and decreasing function.

At, x_{1}=3,y_{1}=1000

And, x_{2}=5, y_{2}=2750

By the definition of Strictly increasing function if ,

x_{2}>x_{1}\\\\{\text{then}},y_{2}>y_{1}

Here, 5>3→→2,750>1,000

So,⇒⇒ the given function which is the relationship between, number of albums produced and number of albums sold , is an increasing function.

Also, if you will look at the graph, there is no upper bound on x (number of albums produced) as well as no upper bound on y ( number of albums sold.)

Option A: As the number of albums produced increases without bound, the number of albums sold increases without bound.

Ethan decided to type up some documents while waiting for the meeting to start. he can type 2 pages every 1/8 hours. if the meet
anzhelika [568]

Answer:

Ethan can type 6 pages before meeting starts.

Step-by-step explanation:

Given that,

Ethan can type 2 pages in 1/8 hours

and his meeting is 3/4 hours late.

To find,

number of pages Ethan can type in 3/4 hours

<h3>1) </h3><h3>convert hours to minutes</h3>

1 hour      = 60 minutes

1/8 hours = 1/8 * 60

               = 7.5 minutes

3/4 hours = 3/4 * 60

                = 45 minutes

<h3>2) </h3><h3>calculate pages typed</h3>

7.5 minutes     = 1 page typed

    1 minute      = 1/7.5 pages typed

    45 minutes = (1/7.5) * 45

                        = 6 pages typed

95 more than the quotient of an unknown number and 75 is 96
zlopas [31]
Translate this sentence into an equation:  (n/75) + 95 = 96
Subtracting 95 from both sides:                   n/75 = 1
Mult. both sides by 75 results in                     n = 75
