True.

Compound exercises allow you to strengthen multiple muscles with one exercise. Therefore, you'd need fewer workouts using compound exercise techniques as opposed to working out one muscle at a time.

The more intense an emotional response to a stressor, the weaker the physical response will be:______.
Novay_Z [31]

The correct answer is Pains and aches, chest discomfort or a rushing heart sensation fatigue or difficulty sleeping, headaches, vertigo, or trembling.

Everyone experiences stress, which is a typical human reaction. The human body is actually built such that it can experience stress and respond to it. Your body responds physically and mentally when you face changes or challenges. That is anxiety. Your body adjusts to new surroundings with the aid of stress reactions. Stress can help us stay awake, motivated, and prepared to avert danger. For instance, if you have a big test coming up, your body may work harder and stay awake longer as a result of a stress response. But when stresses persist without relief or rest periods, stress becomes an issue.

What are the differences between a whole and a processed food?
rjkz [21]

Answer:

A whole food would be considered, ideally, as a food with only one ingredient, corn on the cob, apple, chicken or a cucumber. A processed food is any food with more than one ingredient, and food companies typically add additional sugars, preservatives, dyes and “bad” fats such as saturated and trans fats.

What do you consider your most important parental responsibility toward your child?
eimsori [14]

I'm definitely not a parent, but the best things I'd do are among the following

Shielding their eyes from things on the internet, such as adult sites, etc.

Keeping a nice sleep schedule both to calm me and he/she down for school.

Keeping up with their basic needs such as food, water, shelter, etc.

Teach them respect through anyway (except for disciplinary esc action).
