The probability of Jonas getting an orange is 5/11, and as he has an orange there are only 10 pieces of fruit left in the basket. 
Now, the probability of Beth getting an apple 2/10 or 2/5.
So to get the final result we need to multiply Jona's with Beth's:  

(5/11)·(2/5) = 10/55
