3 ( x - 6 ) + 15 = 4 ( x - 1 ) + 4

3x - 18 + 15 = 4x - 4 + 4

3x - 3 = 4x

- 3 = x

x = -3

The mistake is , you have written -4 + 4 = 8

- 4 + 4 = 0

and - 18 + 15 = - 3 ( not - 33 )
