The left out amount of floor is \boxed{\bf8.85\,\,{\text{kilogram}}}.

Further explanation:

The weight of one bag of flour is 3.5 kg.

The bakery bought 4 bags of flour.

Therefore, the total weight of 4 bags is calculated as follows:

4\times\left({3.5\,\,{\text{kg}}}\right)=14\,\,{\text{kg}}

The weight of flour needed for a batch of muffins is 0.475 kg.

Therefore, the weight of flour needed for 4 batches of muffins is calculated as follows:

4\times\left({0.475\,\,{\text{kg}}} \right)=1.9\,\,{\text{kg}}

The weight of flour needed for a loaf of bread is 0.65 kg.

Therefore, the weight of flour needed for 5 loaves of bread is calculated as follows:

5\times\left( {0.65\,\,{\text{kg}}} \right)=3.25\,\,{\text{kg}}

So, the total weight of floor used in the process of making muffins and loaves of bread is calculated as follows:

3.25\,\,{\text{kg+}}1.9\,\,{\text{kg}}=5.15\,\,{\text{kg}}

Now, the weight of floor that is left out in the bag is calculated as follows:

14\,\,{\text{kg}}-5.15\,\,{\text{kg}}=8.85\,\,{\text{kg}}

Thus, the left out amount of floor is \boxed{\bf8.85\,\,{\text{kilogram}}}.

First we have to find total mass of flour.
4*3.5kg=14kg
Now we are calculating how much flour we used for muffins
475g=0.475kg
0.475kg*4muffins=1.9kg
and now how much flour we used for bread
0.65kg*5bread=3.25kg
Finally we can subtract 1.9 and 3.25 from 14kg
14kg-1.9kg-3.25=8.85kg - its the answer

How do I round 47,283 to the nearest 100,000
rosijanka [135]

The answer is zero.

Explanation:

The 4 is in the ten-thousands place.

Write the number 47,283 with an additional zero in the 100,000 place.

047,283

To round to the nearest 100,000, all digits to the right of the 100,000 place become zero. That means that the digits 47283 all become zero. Since 4 is less than 5, the digit to its left is not raised by 1, so the 100,000 place digit remains zero, and you end up with 000,000, which is simply 0.

Find the leg of each isosceles right triangle when the hypotenuse is of the given measure. Given = 8 cm.
kogti [31]
An isosceles right triangle is composed of a right angle and two congruent acute angles. In this case, 90 + 2x = 180 where x is the acute angle. x is equal to 45 degrees. Using sine law, 8/sin 90 = y / sin 45 where y is the leg of the triangle. the leg's length is equal to 4 sqrt 2.

Help me please solves this my math teacher will yell at me if I don’t get this done!!!
VARVARA [1.3K]
The answer is 75

First you subtract 180 and 165 to find that smallest angle inside the triangle(15). Then you add 15 and 90,the two angles you know, and do 180 - 105= 75.

The trick is that all angles inside a triangle equal 180 degrees. Hope this helps!

What is the equation of a line passing through (-6, 5) and having a slope of 1/3 ? A. B. C. D. y = 3x + 7
stepan [7]

Answer:

y = 1/3 x + 7

Step-by-step explanation:

Given; the line is passing through, (-6,5) and the slope is 1/3

We can get its equation;

We would take, a point (x,y) and the given point (-6,5)

Therefore; Since slope = Δy/Δx

Then;

(5-y)/ (-6-x) = 1/3

3(5-y) = -6 -x

15 - 3y = -6 - x

we get;

3y = 6 + x + 15

3y = x + 21

Therefore;

<u>y = 1/3 x + 7</u>
