- Avoid The usage of Medication

It is true that using medication can reduce the anxiety that might be causing the personality disorder. But it only temporary the body will slowly gain resistance.

- Talk therapy

Through talking, the psychologist can help to find out the things that might be causing the disorder (could be emotional trauma in the past or misconception about reality)

- Conditioning

Eventually, the psychologists will encourage the patient to slowly face their fear and gradually increase their exposure to social situations. The treatment will not be done in a short period of time.
