Alright lets get straight down to understanding the table.

Position(km)  Time(h)

0.0                  0.000

1.2                    0.024

2.8                   0.051

4.2                   0.084

16.34                2.34

---------------------------------

For every 1.2 km, it is 0.024th of a hour.

So for average, you and all numbers in position and divide it by the numbers they have, 5. So the equation would be, (0.0+1.2+2.8+4.2+16.34)/5. Then that is your answer, 4.908. Now we put that to the side and do the same thing for time. (0.000+0.024+0.051+0.084+2.34)/5. and that would be 0.4998.

Now to put it in a sentence, For every 4.908 km, there is 0.4998 hours.

When a function is translated down, only the y axis is affected;

2 units down implies that, 2 be subtracted from the y value.

The function becomes

Help me with my math ASAP!!!!

Answer:

f = 78

g = 3.5

Step-by-step explanation:

First we need to find f.

We can use the equation 72 + (f + 30) = 180 to solve for f.

We can then change that equation to 72 + f + 30 = 180, since the Commutative Property of Addition says that you can have any addition in any order.

Now, we can solve the equation.

102 + f = 180\\(102 - 102) + f = 180 - 102\\f = 78

Now that we solved f, we can now solve for g.

Since 25 equals 8g -3, we can solve the equation 8g - 3 = 25.

Here is how you solve it:

8g - 3 = 25\\8g + (-3 + 3) = 25 + 3\\8g = 28\\g = \frac{28}{8}

Since \frac{28}{8} equals 3.5, which is the simplest form, that is the answer.

Hope this helps, and please mark me brainliest! :)
