Butternut squash is one of the many fruits/vegetables/etc, that have a liquid like sap, like a tree. Once the squash is cut, it creates a film that will make your hands feel sticky or itchy. Even stiff..

1. What are some healthy behaviors that apply to your life right now ? currently i am eating healthier and doing 30 minuets of exercise every day.

2.  List two healthy behaviors that you think will apply to your life when you have reached adulthood? i think that i will be going to the gym every day and i will cook homemade healthy meals for myself.
