Bulimia and dieting have the same purpose, to lose weight, but one is wrong and the other is the correct way to do it.

Bulimia can be defines as the cycle of dieting with purging behaviours as  vomiting, diuretic or laxative abuse, aimed to prevent gain more weight.

On the other hand, dieting is developing a personal food program based on nutritional knowledge to achieve a good health state and lose weight. The complement of dieting to reach goals is exercising, not include any type of self-punishment behaviour.

Both are ways of losing weight, but dieting is eating healthy, while Bulimia is where you force yourself to throw up to lose weight.
