Answer:

There are 171 members in the club

Number of boys = 38

Number of girls = 133

Step-by-step explanation:

Let

x = total members of the club

Boys = 2/9x

if there are 95 more girls than boys

Girls = 2/9x + 95

how many girls are there in club?

Total members in the club = boys + girls

x = 2/9x + 2/9x + 95

x = 2+2/9x + 95

x = 4/9x + 95

x - 4/9x = 95

9x-4x/9 = 95

5/9x = 95

Divide both sides by 5/9

x = 95 ÷ 5/9

= 95 × 9/5

= 855/5

= 171

boys = 2/9x

= 2/9 * 171

= 342 / 9

= 38

Girls = 2/9x + 95

= 38 + 95

= 133

Total = 38 + 133

= 171

There are 171 members in the club

Number of boys = 38

Number of girls = 133

Can someone solve this
Natalka [10]

Option D:

ΔCAN ≅ ΔWNA by SAS congruence rule.

Solution:

Given data:

m∠CNA = m∠WAN and CN = WA

To prove that ΔCAN ≅ ΔWNA:

In ΔCAN and ΔWNA,

CN = WA (given side)

∠CNA = ∠WAN (given angle)

NA = NA (reflexive side)

Therefore, ΔCAN ≅ ΔWNA by SAS congruence rule.

Hence option D is the correct answer.

The basketball team is playing in the championship game and wants to take a bus filled with family and friends to cheer for the
sergij07 [2.7K]

Answer:

Maximum number of people is 35

Step-by-step explanation:

With a total of $160 you have to pay for the bus and all the people. The bus cost $90 so you subtract that from the 160 because you bought (or rented) the bus. Then you have $70 left to pay for everyone's tickets. If each ticket is $2 then you can buy 35 tickets in total because 70 divided by 2 = 35.

Under his cell phone plan, Ian pays a flat cost of $59.50 per month and $5 per gigabyte. He wants to keep his bill under $80 per
inessss [21]
You would start by saying his budget is $80 so you start with 80= he pays an initial fee of $59.50 every month plus $5 per gigabyte so you would set it up like
80=59.50+5x
X being how many gigabytes he uses then you solve 80-59.50 is 20.5 divided by 5 gives you 4.1 but you round down cause you don’t want to pass the limit so therefor the most gigabytes he can use is 4
