HELP!!
Lilit [14]

Answer:

C

Explanation:

DNA polymerase is an enzyme, and when an enzyme is put in conditions that don't suit it, it unravels and becomes useless. Because the copy of DNA isn't being made (S phase is the copying phase, after all), cellular division will come to a stop.

which classification groups have linear chromosomeswhich classification groups have linear chromosomes
aleksklad [387]

Until recently, prokaryotes did not contain linear plasmids or chromosomes, but they have since been discovered in spirochaetes, Gram-positive bacteria, and Gram-negative bacteria. Bacterial linear DNA has been classified into two structural kinds. Each end of linear plasmids from the spirochaete Borrelia has a covalently closed hairpin loop, while each end of linear plasmids from the Gram-positive filamentous Streptomyces has a covalently connected protein. In eukaryotic cells, replicons with comparable structures are more common than in prokaryotes. However, linear genomic architectures are likely more widespread in bacteria than previously thought, and some replicons may be able to switch between circular and linear isomers. The molecular biology of these widely scattered pieces reveals information about the origins of linear DNA in bacteria, including evidence of prokaryote-eukaryotes genetic exchange.

Carbon chains are principal features of both carbohydrates and lipids.what is the primary difference between these two types of
solong [7]
While both carbohydrates and lipids are made up of carbon, hydrogen and oxygen there are several differences:

1. Carbohydrates are chains of 2 or more carbon atoms. These can be very lengthy (like long cellulose chains of glucose units). They have many polar OH groups (e.g. glucose - C6H6O6). Most carbohydrates are hydrophilic and are soluble in water because of their polar OH groups. They are not necessarily sugars nor are they necessarily sweet. They are also important components of DNA, RNA and ATP.

2. Lipids are more diverse in their chemistry. They generally have a polar region at one end (this end attracts water) and a large non polar hydrocarbon region that repels water. Lipids don't dissolve in water and instead clump together with their hydrocarbon regions on the interior. Lipids include oils, fatty acids, waxes, steroids and hormones.

Which substance is coded for by A length of dna?
Yuri [45]

The substance that is coded for by a length of DNA is base. The correct option is A.

What is a base?

Nucleobases, also known as nitrogenous bases or simply bases, are nitrogen-containing biological compounds that form nucleosides, which are then components of nucleotides, all of which are the basic building blocks of nucleic acids.

The complete question is attached.

The substance that is coded for by a length of DNA is base.

Thus, the correct option is A.

Artyom0805 [142]
The different barriers that you have to go through are the different organs of the immune system. These are the lymphoid organs, thymus, and bone marrow. The secondary wall that you have to go through are the lymphatic tissues which include the lymph nodes, adenoids, skin, liver, tonsils, spleen, and the lymph vessels.

At all times, these systems work hand-in-hand so that the body can protect itself in order for it to survive
