The correct answer is - Different parts of the region were the most influenced by cultures that had easiest access to them.

Most of Eastern Europe is relatively flat lowland, and it also borders Asia, as well as being part of the great Eurasian steppes. Because of this, in Eastern Europe it was very common that new people with new cultures from Asia were coming, invading, integrating, and that had left a huge mark on the development and culture of the people living in this part of the continent. Starting with the Scythians, Sarmatians, Avars, Huns, Tatars, Khazars, Kumans, Mongols, Bulgars, Magyars, Szekeli, all came from Asia, and all had big influence on the region in whichever aspect do we look at it.

What did Anti-Federalists fear would happen if the Constitution became law?
melisa1 [442]

The Anti-federalists fear that the new US Constitutional would result in a tyrannical federal (aka central government).

The Anti-federalists were concerned about the power of the federal government due to their experience as British subjects. One of the main reasons why the United States broke away from Britain was due to the powerful central government that implemented taxes without the consent of the colonists throughout the 1760's and 1770's.

The Anti-federalists feared that the new US Constitution gave the federal government too much power and did not give enough power to the state governments and people.
