Answer:

#9) They made 12 sandwiches.

#10) They used 36 ounces of cheese and 48 ounces of meat in an hour.

Step-by-step explanation:

Let's begin with number 9.

For each sandwich, you would use 3+4 ounces of meat+cheese. That would mean, each sandwich would use 7 ounces. And if in total, they used 84 ounces of meat+cheese you would do...

84/7 = 12

So that would mean they made 12 sandwiches.

And then for number 10, you would just multiply 12 by each of the amounts used in each sandwich.

Cheese: 3*12 = 36 ounces

Meat: 4*12 = 48 ounces

So your two answers would be...

#9) They made 12 sandwiches.

#10) They used 36 ounces of cheese and 48 ounces of meat in an hour.

9. They made 12 sandwiches in an hour. Because in order to make 1 sandwich you need total of 7 ounces of ingredients. 84/7= 12
10.use 84 and divide it by 3 and 4 separately. You will get 28 ounces of cheese and 21 ounces of meat

Is this statement true or false 5/12 = 2/6
AveGali [126]

Answer:

False

Step-by-step explanation:

6*2= 12

So to get common denominators, you would need to divide 5/12 by 2 OF multiply 2/6 by 2

For the sake of ease just multiply 2/6 by 2, this will equal 4/12 NOT 5/12

Hope this helps! :)
