Why do you think Kennedy lost popularity for supporting civil rights?

History

If we're talking about John F. Kennedy here, judging by the fact that he was assassinated on the year 1963, the same year Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. started his peaceful protests and the bus boycott. Hence why other racist people resented him, also the reason why he was assassinated by a white racist male named Lee Harvey Oswald, who resented black people.

(None of this was meant to be racist btw)

Among the similarities of Nazi and other measures to the Jews of his day is the idea that the Jews were inferior, or because of their ethnicity, or working with a loan, making a profit. Since before the Middle Ages this prejudice has recurred.

Nadya [2.5K]

Answer:

As Islam spread in Mecca, the ruling tribes began to oppose Muhammad's preaching and his condemnation of idolatry. The Quraysh tribe controlled the Kaaba and drew their religious and political power from its polytheistic shrines, so they began to persecute the Muslims and many of Muhammad's followers became martyrs.
