Answer: d. All of the above

Explanation:

The long-term alcohol misuse is likely to cause chronic health problems like liver disease, cancer, and cardiovascular disease.

The liver disease is caused by the years of consumption of alcohol. This may cause inflammation and swelling of the liver. The disease may cause scarring of the liver called as cirrhosis. It is the final stage of the liver disease.

Consuming alcohol on the daily basis is likely to cause the risk of mouth cancer, oesophageal cancer, bowel cancer, breast cancer and liver cancer.

Alcoholic cardiomyopathy is a cardiovascular disease. It is mainly caused by the alcohol abuse. The heart will not be able to pump the blood efficiently, this may lead to cardiac arrest.

Explain the three stages of labor.
Andreas93 [3]

Answer:

Labour has three stages: The first stage is when the neck of the womb (cervix) opens to 10cm dilated. The second stage is when the baby moves down through the vagina and is born. The third stage is when the placenta (afterbirth) is delivered.

Step by step explanation:

First stage: This starts with contractions and your cervix dilating and ends when your cervix is fully open.

Second stage: This is when you push your baby through the birth canal.

Third stage: This ends with the delivery of the placenta, also called afterbirth.
