Answer:It doesn't present information from an unbiased source.

Explanation:

The survey research is based solely on one business or company which conducted this survey and McDonald is a company that sells food which may be critized by health experts as the kind of food which when is eaten constantly will result to obesity.

Chances are when a company conduct a survey which may affect the operation of their own business it is very likely that they may distort the results to ensure this doesn't stab them at the back.

No one will wants to say anything that may jeopardize their own operation and probably put them out of business or lower the number of their customers .

In 2010, candidate Debra Medina campaigned for the office of governor on a Nullification platform, claiming that the state of Te
Aleonysh [2.5K]

Answer:

Debra Medina claimed that nullification was possible by state laws that could neutralize federal laws. She based her claim on the 10th Amendment, which establishes that any power not constitutionally granted to the federal government can be held by the states.

Explanation:

The Constitution doesn´t enable the nullification of federal laws by the states, and several academics have stated that it could be illegal since the Supremacy Clause pronounces federal laws as the supreme national law. So nullification would overthrow the constitutional interpretation held for 200 years.

Let us also remember that Gov. Rick Perry, who supported nullification, had already skipped the nullification issue by starting a debate about secession. This debate is a reminder of the time when state rejection of racial integration had to be stopped by the Supreme Court case Brown v. Board of Education of Topeka.

MAVERICK [17]

Answer:

The correct answer is: 1- Bad bounce. 2- Good fielding skills.

Explanation:

The self-serving bias is the tendency that individuals have to feel that positive events that ocurred to them are linked to personal characteristics and negative events ocurred due to external causes.

For example, John scored a goal in the saturday's Soccer match. However he was expelled 10 minutes after he scored the goal.

When asked about the goal he scored he said that he's been practicing long range shots and that he is very consistent with his right foot. When asked about the expulsion he just simply said "the referee doesn't have a clue about football, he made the mistake·.

In this particular case, Cindy attributes her error to an external cause, such as the bad bounce, and her good catch to a personal characteristic such as having good fielding skills.
