Each type of sport that is mentioned above increases health-related fitness since it  includes a lot of cardio, core and strength building, and at the same time improves other related health fitness.  

Skill-related fitness includes six things:

1. hand to eye coordination

2. reaction time

3. agility

4. Balance

5. power

6. speed  

And these sports include all of the above mentioned things, and effects both health-related and skill-related fitness.
