The people of Kurdistan will have a difficult time attaining ________ because the region spans the territory of four other state
Ira Lisetskai [31]

Answer:

Sovereignty.

Explanation:

'Sovereignty' is described as the authority or power to govern or rule itself without any kind of interference or intrusion from any other sources. Such a condition or state allows the state to be self-governed or sovereign and possess the authority to make laws and control their resources on their own without the coercion of any other bodies or nations.

As per the question, the people of Kurdistan would have a struggle to attain '<u>sovereignty</u>' or 'self-governance' as the region traverses over four other states and which makes it difficult to reach a mutual decision to self-govern or control their resources or make laws for them.

Which measure of memory retention assesses the ability to draw information out of storage and into conscious awareness?
VARVARA [1.3K]

Answer:

Recall

Explanation:

Memory has 3 main processes:

  1. Encoding
  2. Storage
  3. Recall

Encoding refers to transform the information our senses are receiving to decoded information that will be stored in the brain.

Storage refers to the process that follows encoding and it refers to the actual  process of placing the information into memory (either short-term or long-term).

Recall refers to the process of retrieving the information that was encoded and stored earlier. Recall takes information from the past and brings it back to our present attention.

Therefore <u>the ability to draw information out of storage and into conscious awareness is done by the recalling process of memory retention. </u>

How has the past affected the present in Israel and Palestine?
Evgesh-ka [11]

Answer:

Please read it before you write it you can make this a little shorter ✨

The Israeli–Palestinian conflict is the ongoing struggle between Israelis and Palestinians that began in the mid-20th century amidst the greater Arab–Israeli conflict.Various attempts have been made to resolve the conflict as part of the Israeli–Palestinian peace process.

The origins to the conflict can be traced back to Jewish immigration and sectarian conflict in Mandatory Palestine between Jews and Arabs. It has been referred to as the world's "most intractable conflict," with the ongoing Israeli occupation of the West Bank and the Gaza Strip reaching 53 years.

Despite a long-term peace process and the general reconciliation of Israel with Egypt and Jordan, Israelis and Palestinians have failed to reach a final peace agreement. The key issues are mutual recognition and security, borders, water rights, control of Jerusalem, Israeli settlements, Palestinian freedom of movement, and Palestinian right of return. The violence of the conflict, in a region rich in sites of historic, cultural and religious interest worldwide, has been the subject of numerous international conferences dealing with historic rights, security issues and human rights, and has been a factor hampering tourism in and general access to areas that are hotly contested.[ Many attempts have been made to broker a two-state solution, involving the creation of an independent Palestinian state alongside the State of Israel (after Israel's establishment in 1948). In 2007, the majority of both Israelis and Palestinians, according to a number of polls, preferred the two-state solution over anytime other solution as a means of resolving the conflict.
