The response of the nurse should be in regard to the diagnosis of Anxiety related to unknown outcome. It is normal for patients to be anxious and would ask a lot of questions during surgery as they are not equipped with full knowledge of the procedure and what comes with it thus the nurse should just answer the client properly based on the outcome for the client to be reassured.
