The technician should visit customer A first, because although they have the lowest level of service package, they have a critical system failure which is the most serious problem. Customer C, then B, should be seen next, because they both have the same problem - critical system malfunction - but customer C has a higher level service package. Although customer D has the highest level service package, they should be seen last because their problem is the least serious.

Which of the following represents the quotient of the polynomial 6x^3+3x^2-5/3x^2+1
fenix001 [56]

Answer: The quotient is (2x+1)

Step-by-step explanation:

Here, the dividend = 6x^3+3x^2-5

Divisor = (3x^2+1)

By the long division method for finding the quotient we will follow the following steps,

Steps 1 : Write dividend inside the division sign and divisor outside the division sign,

Step 2: Multiply the divisor by 2x and subtract the result by the dividend,

Step 3: Now, again multiply the divisor by 1,

Step 4: Subtract the result by the remaining dividend,

Since, further division is not possible,

Hence, the sum of all terms that are multiplied = 2x+1

Which is our quotient.

Need help understanding the formula
ololo11 [35]

For this case we have the following equation:

H (t) = -16t ^ 2 + vt + s

Where,

t: time

v: initial speed

s: initial height

Substituting values we have:

H (t) = -16t ^ 2 + 15t + 4

By the time the ball hits the ground we have:

-16t ^ 2 + 15t + 4 = 0

From here, we clear the value of time:

Using the quadratic equation we have:

t=\frac{-15+/-\sqrt{15^2-4(-16)(4)}}{2(-16)}

Doing the calculations we have:

t1=-0.217\\t2=1.154

Discarding the negative root, we have that the time is:

t=1.154

Answer:

it takes the ball to hit the floor about:

1.15 seconds
