Answer:

Octavian hand over Four hundred ship to his Soldiers

His fleet were made up of light-weight, maneuverable Liburnian vessels, equipped with catapults for deploying a device known as the harpax, a wooden harpoon encased in iron with one hook at one end and a rope at the other attached to a windlass which was shot into an enemy ship and then the rope cranked tightly, drawing the opponent’s ship closer to be boarded.

Explanation:

It was during the Battle of Actium when Octavian Caesar went to war with Antony and Cleopatra VII of Egypt. The battle was won by Octavian. Since Anthony was a Roman, Octavian find it hard to declare war on him so he declare war on Egypt and Anthony supported Egypt because he and the queen of Egypt Cleopatra VII were lovers. Octavian justified the need for war not as Roman against Roman, but Rome against Cleopatra and the East. At the battle between them, Octavian won .
