Mike used 1/2 gallon which is .5 of a gallon
Amy used 13% of 6 gallons which is .13 * 6 = .78 of a gallon
Dan used 14% of 6 gallons which is .14 * 6 = .84 of a gallon

Dan used the most amount of milk.

Mike used the most milk because .5 is 50%  which is 3 gallons out of the container dan used 14% of the milk and amy used 13% which means amy used the least and mike used the most.
