Answer: The APC are the ones who make the recommendations and analyzes the policy changes for CMS. It is MedPac that provides the assessments annually of all the Medicare prospective payment systems. They submit their findings and recommendations to Congress.

It is then up to CMS to consider the recommendations and respond to the MedPac and the APC panel. They do not have to accept them if they don't want too.

Illustrate a brief distinction between accidents and risky behaviours
MrRa [10]
Hi !

The distinction between an accident and a risky behavior

An accident may be caused by something , someone else than you. You're not responsible for what happened. A car may have hurt you, you may have fallen and break your legs.....and you may be hurt by someone who has risky behaviours.

People having risky behaviours are aware of what they're doing. If something happen to them they are fully responsible.

Hope I helped !

Which of the following is another example of a healthy short term goal
kakasveta [241]

Okay, so I think i have the answer to your question, but if not i'm going to put two different answers. Eating nutritious meals is a good example of a healthy short term goal, so is promoting others to and to exercise to get a good advantage to get to the goal. Another example would be running for 5k weeks because that has a stopping point.

So basically, the question is asking for a example of someone working to reach a goal, but doesn't keep that goal, making it not for a life span.
