Width = 7. Length = 9.

Step-by-step explanation:

To get the the size of the width, it says that L = (W + 2), so we put in W+2 as a substitute for L. Now we have the equation the area or 63 = W x (W+2). I'm not so great with these problems so I typically just plug in a number for W till I get the area, and put w into the L = W + 2 equation to get L.

You can go full 2π rotate around counterclockwise so the angle wouldn't be negative.

So -π/2 + 2π = -π/2 + 4π/2 = 3π/2

So (4, 3π/2) is the same point as (4, -π/2)
