When you are in the cold, it is important to stay warm by wearing a jacket, pants, gloves, a hat...etc. It's also important to make sure you can breathe good because for some people (like me) it can be harder to breathe in colder air

When you are in the heat, it is important to wear proper clothing like sweat absorbent shirts. It's also important you stay hydrated by drinking a lot of water.
