Your partner who is extremely sensitive to criticism talks constantly. There is never any silence, which you desperately crave.
Lilit [14]

Answer:

The things i would say is to probably get some help, not in a bad way, like not trying to be rude. But sometimes i would practice taking the critism and just letting it go. dont really think about it! also think positive about the things people say, if u cant LET IT GOOO!! i WOULD PROABABLY not say anything about the way they live, like the house they live in, or the way they work, the clothes they wear. Also i did not really understand the question, but i hope i at-least made u think!! :)

1.) Children and adolescents should have 60 minutes (1 hour) or more of Physical activity daily.
2.) A brisk walk, Jogging, Climbing the stairs, Playing Tennis, Dancing, Biking, Doing yard work like raking, digging and gardening, and swimming laps.
3.) Jogging, Playing Tennis, Swimming. I like to do and and plan on participating in these because Jogging helps with the respiratory (controlling breathing) Playing tennis helps with the arms and focus. Swimming is like a full body workout of everything.
4.) Okay, so each day I wake up and go for a jog at least 30 to 45 minutes, I play Tennis during the Fall and I go for swimming any time that I can. During the spring/summer doing yard work. Climbing the stairs every single day.

I hope this Helped.

Greeley [361]
The correct answer is Stimulation of the vagus nerve.

If you stimulate the vagus nerve, the parasympathetic system that connects it all has an impulse that travels to the heart and it slows down the heart. If you stimulate the sympathetic in any way you will actually increase the heart rate which wouldn't be good for the patient.
