1.) Children and adolescents should have 60 minutes (1 hour) or more of Physical activity daily. 2.) A brisk walk, Jogging, Climbing the stairs, Playing Tennis, Dancing, Biking, Doing yard work like raking, digging and gardening, and swimming laps. 3.) Jogging, Playing Tennis, Swimming. I like to do and and plan on participating in these because Jogging helps with the respiratory (controlling breathing) Playing tennis helps with the arms and focus. Swimming is like a full body workout of everything. 4.) Okay, so each day I wake up and go for a jog at least 30 to 45 minutes, I play Tennis during the Fall and I go for swimming any time that I can. During the spring/summer doing yard work. Climbing the stairs every single day.
