Write a reflection about how you think you have grown or changed as a writer this year, based on looking at your work from the beginning and the end of the year. You should frame your reflection around the theme, “I used to think...but now I know…”

I thought I was a good writer when I was in middle school, but when I started 9th grade lit comp I found I was not as good as I thought.  There are many things that make up a great writer its more than just telling a good story and having a good imagination.   I had to learn to write in an ER and EWR format.  Your punctuation, sentence structure.  I thought I was a good writer but now I am a much better writer because I learned not only how to tell a better story but I now understand how to construct a great story.
